Anchor Chef’s Classic Whipping Cream is a light and perfectly balanced European dairy cream, designed for reliable performance across all bakery and pastry applications – hot, cold or frozen.

It is ideal for ganache, mousse cake, cream decoration and cream filling recipes such as layered cream cakes and cream buns.

Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 days.
