This infrared thermometer features a sensitive sensor and a power-saving mode; the display will turn off if not used for 5-7 seconds. It is turned on and off by pressing the center trigger button. This model also has three additional control buttons.
– The red button (middle button) is used to switch the temperature unit to °C and °F.
– The left button (triangle shape) is used to turn the laser beam on/off, allowing for more precise temperature measurement.
– The right button (light bulb icon) is used to turn the screen backlight on/off. This makes it convenient to use in dark or low-light conditions.
